So, you might be wondering if it’s possible to boil water on a griddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, water may be boiled on gas griddles with steel griddle plates. This is because they are essentially working as regular stovetops allowing you to put pots and pans on them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, boiling water on a griddle can be tricky. If you haven’t skipped the Physics class, you surely know that the boiling point of water at sea level is 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
